ACCOMMODATION

All rooms are on the first floor and consist of a small hallway, a large sitting/dining room with open plan kitchen, a double bedroom (with king-size bed) and a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC. In the living room there is a full-size double sofabed. The furniture is a tasteful mixture of modern and antique.

The rooms retain great character, are light, sunny, well proportioned, and freshly decorated in keeping with the traditional architecture. The original stone fire surround has been retained in the living room with a living flame fire. The whole flat is centrally heated and the bedroom benefits from secondary glazing. The kitchen, which is modern and fully-equipped, includes a washer-dryer, dishwasher, freezer and microwave as well as an electric oven and gas hob.

There is broadband internet access and a phone.
