• Bookings are for 7 nights(preferably, but not necessarily, Saturday to Saturday, except where there is a gap between prior bookings. For short breaks, apply nightly rates, except weekends which are necessarily relatively more expensive, as they cut across 2 weeks.
• These prices are for the flat for 2 people; there is a supplement of £10 per night per person for the third and fourth occupants.
• All prices include heating, electricity, towels, bedlinen, phone calls, wi fi access, and taxes.
• A deposit of £100 is required for bookings of 7 nights or more. A deposit of 30 per cent on short lets.The balance to be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival.
