In the picturesque Old Town of Edinburgh, close to the city centre, within easy walking distance of the Castle, Royal Mile, and other major tourist attractions, cinemas, theatres, concert halls, art galleries and restaurants, and adjacent to the lively and fashionable Grassmarket area. Ideally located for the Edinburgh Festival.
THE PROPERTY
First floor (US second floor) apartment in one of Edinburgh's historic buildings, formerly an eighteenth century coaching inn patronised by the city's candlemakers, sensitively restored by a conservation trust. The front door and staircase give access only to this and to a second floor privately owned flat.
